Join The Rebuilding Nature Alliance

The Strategic Nature Network (SNN) is the critical natural infrastructure upon which our economy, wellbeing, and shared future depend. It provides the connected, resilient landscapes needed to support biodiversity, store carbon, reduce flooding, improve water quality, and secure the resources future generations rely on.

Rebuilding Nature is an emerging alliance of cross‑sector organisations committed to investing in this essential infrastructure now - not later.

Together, we are helping to create the conditions for nature to be planned, funded and maintained as critical infrastructure through three interconnected ambitions:

Building a Strategic Nature Network (SNN)
Developing Nature Investment Zones (NIZs) as the key building blocks of the SNN
Restarting natural processes across these landscapes to build long‑term climate resilience

Together, these ambitions create a no-regrets, investable pathway for nature recovery. They help connect fragmented projects, funding streams and stakeholders into a more coherent national approach capable of delivering climate resilience, biodiversity recovery, water security, flood mitigation, food production and wider societal benefits.

Joining the Alliance signals your organisation's visible and active commitment to the Rebuilding Nature Charter and to the growing movement recognising nature as critical infrastructure.

Alliance members don't simply observe from the side lines. They help shape, test and strengthen the Strategic Nature Network and Nature Investment Zones through collaboration, shared learning, evidence generation, pilot projects, policy engagement, working groups, events and real-world delivery.

Together, we're helping move the conversation from recognising nature as infrastructure to building the partnerships, systems and investment needed to deliver it, for health, prosperity and resilience, for all of us.
